Former Nigerian National team goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, has been voted as all time greatest African Goalkeeper.
This was recently announced by the Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS), In her new ranking of football, footballers practitioners and related issues around the World.
According to IFFHS, Enyeama was selected as the African king goalkeeping based on his matchless achievements for club and country in his very successful ten years career for his club and the Nigerian male National team, the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

With Enyeama’s emergence as the African Best Goalkeeper of All time, he has topped the chart of legendary African Goalkeepers such as Thomas N’kono, Badou Zaki, El-Hadary, Joseph Antoine Bell, Peter Rufai, among others.
This welcomed cheering news is being applauded by Nigerian and African football fans, especially Enyeama’s fans globally. They regard it as a deserved reward for his outstanding performances for Nigeria who never appreciated him enough.” God has duly rewarded Vincent for his unrecognized feats for Nigeria.if one should consider how he forcefully resigned from the National team with very bad maltreatment from NFF and the National team Coaching crew, then one should thank for this divine reward to Enyeama’s industry and selfless service to Nigerian football”, said Femi Ajiri, a football analyst.

Now, another Nigeria goalkeeper has been selected as African all time best goalkeeper. What an awesome achievements for Nigerian football, we thank God”, Ajiri added.
