Motorcyclists operator also known as Okada riders clashed with Lagos State Tasks force at Idi -Araba area when police officers were trying to enforce the ban and arrest the Okada riders.
It was in the record that on 18th of May 2022, Lagos State Government announced and prohibited operations of Okada in six local government in Lagos and since then Lagos Taskforce has been arresting the defaulters of the ban.The places Okada was not allowed to operate are Ikeja, Surulere,Eti-Osa,Lagos-Island,Lagos-Mainland and Apapa precisely.
