Nigerian singer, Portable Omolalomi was a guest on the Echooroom, and he answered a lot of questions about his journey to becoming one of the most talked about singers in the country.
Portable was asked about his management, and he stated that he chased away some of his old managers because they mismanaged his money. According to him they spend a lot daily without saving and this affected him a lot until his girlfriend, Theresa stepped in. He said, “I normally spend up to 5 million daily until my girlfriend advised me to save”.
According to him, the managers he had then would take him to ceremonial places on the Island and they would spend a lot and also lodge in very expensive hotels. However, his girlfriend Theresa noticed that he always ended up having no savings and she had to call him to order. He said, that was when his eyes opened and he had to chase those managers away.
He further stated that his girlfriend Theresa, is now one of his manager and he is happy with the way she is managing his career.
