The 77th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 77) which started on Tuesday, 13 September 2022,held at New York City, United States.
In attendance were global business leaders, policy makers, investors, international development agencies, and diplomats.
This was contained in a statement e-signed and issued by Mr Yinka Oyebode, Chief press secretary to Ekiti state governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, stated that ” It was an honour to join other African leaders at the @UNDP’s inaugural Africa Investment Partnership Forum held in New York, United States.
“This meeting provided another avenue to contribute to the discourse and policy dialogue on how Africa can reposition its focus from aid to investment through efficient subnational & federal governance systems, economic diversification, youth empowerment, and AfCFTA opportunities.
