Rotary Club of Ewu Tuntun, District 9111 is organizing Maternal and Child Health Seminar for pregnant women and mothers tomorrow Monday, July 15, 2024.
According to Club President 2024-2025, Rotarian Bukonla Alamu, she disclosed that “the Maternal and Child Health Seminar is a training for pregnant women with the theme “Preventing Cholera and the importance of effective Breastfeeding”which holds at Oshodi Primary Health Care Centre, Oshodi, Lagos at 10am”
Bukonla Alamu added that “ the seminar is aimed to address the prevention of cholera disease and emphasize the importance of effective breastfeeding to help curtail its spread”.
In his contribution, Rotarian Afeez Adesanya Committee Chairman further added that “ Dr. Femi Oloyede, Chief Medical Director, High Rock Hospital, Lekki, Lagos is the Guest Speaker and trainer.”
The Secretary Oshodi- Isolo Local Government, Rotarian Smart Oluwasegun Akinleye; Hon Stephen Kayode Ogundipe, Member Lagos State House of Assembly representing Oshodi Constituency; Hajia Kudirat OlaOpoola, Chief Executive Temlad Catering Services Ltd; Rotarian Olalekan Otun,Director Minds and Brains Ltd, Media Independent and Chairman Rotary International District 9111 Public Image Committee; Rotarian Samson Okenyi,Managing Director Proken MultiLinks Ventures Ltd, manufacturer of Rexa Bottled Water; among other dignitaries are expected to grace the occasion.
