POLICE RESCUE NINE CHILDREN FROM LAGOS CULTISM INITIATION | The Legend News

The Lagos State Police Command has rescued nine children during forced initiation into cultism in the Mushin, area of the Lagos State.

The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, announced this in a post he shared on his Twitter account, now known as X,

He said that the children are between the ages of nine and fourteen. According to him, they had incisions on their lower lips. He charged parents to take increase their responsibility over their families in order to curb this social menace against our children.

Hundeyin wrote, “We need to strengthen the family unit! Nine children, the youngest, 9, and oldest, 14, were rescued during/after forced initiation into cultism in the Mushin area of Lagos State. The investigation is ongoing.”
