The Lagos police have disclosed the circumstances surrounding the death of popular singer Mohbad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba. According to a press conference held by the police, Mohbad lost his life due to an injury sustained during a fight with his friend, Primeboy.
Despite the pleas of his wife and friends, Mohbad did not seek proper treatment for his injury. It was later revealed that he sought treatment from an unqualified auxiliary nurse, who exacerbated the situation with inappropriate medication. As a result, Mohbad experienced convulsions and ultimately passed away.
The nurse has been identified as the prime suspect in Mohbad’s death due to her illegal administration of drugs and injections that resulted in his demise. Naira Marley and Sam Larry, who were speculated to be involved, have been cleared by the police as they were not present in the country during the incident. The location of the unfortunate event spanned between Ikorodu and Lekki.
The police have identified the nurse, Primeboy, and one Ibrahim as suspects in the ongoing homicide investigation.
