Mr. Reuben Muoka, the Director of the Public Affairs Department at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), delivered the keynote address on behalf of Dr. Aminu Maida, the Executive Vice Chairman, at the 2024 NITDA Co-Create West Africa Tech Exhibition in Lagos.
During his address, Mr. Muoka highlighted Nigeria’s vibrant startup ecosystem, fueled by a talented pool of developers, engineers, and entrepreneurs within the large and youthful population of the country. He emphasized the importance of creating a conducive environment for startups to thrive and scale in Nigeria.
