He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, where he developed a keen analytical mind. His professional career commenced at First Marina Ltd, where he discovered his dual passion for finance and communication.

At First Marina, Aderinokun honed his skills in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Accounts, later transitioning to the Treasury department. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of financial operations, analysis, and reporting. He furthered his expertise as an Analyst at Wall Street Trust Company, laying the groundwork for his future success in media and public relations.

With a wealth of experience in journalism, public relations, finance, and business administration, Olakunle Aderinokun is a seasoned professional. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and has undergone training at esteemed institutions such as the Lagos Business School and The World Bank Institute. Most recently, Olakunle worked at Arise News Channels, where he further refined his storytelling skills as Editor. He adeptly crafted compelling narratives by curating, editing, and sequencing video content to convey impactful messages.

Following the passing of Abdul Kolawole Imoyo, the former Media Head, on December 17, 2023, Access Corporation appointed Olakunle Aderinokun as the new Head of Media and Public Relations. He announced his appointment via his LinkedIn profile, expressing his enthusiasm for the new role: “I’m pleased to share that I’ve resumed a new position as Head of Media and Public Relations at Access Corporation.”
