MTN Secures Nigerian League Streaming Rights | The Legend News

MTN officials and Propel Sports Africa, Celebrating their streaming rights victory.

The Mobile Telecommunications Network, MTN, have secured the long awaited exclusive rights to stream the Nigerian Premier League for 2023-24 football season.

According to Propel Sports Africa Limited, MTN, the largest African network operator, and other huge parties-the Dstvnigeria and Startimesng are interested in obtaining broadcasting rights for the league. This keen battle for the streaming right delayed the official season kick-off till further notice.

The new deal with mtnng via propel Sports Africa, will now afford football fans all over the World to be able to enjoy the best of Nigerian football from the Nigerian Premier League.

MTN will stream over 300 Live from NPFL games this season. Eight Live Games everyweek.
This is In addition, to Match highlights (in and post game for only MTN subscribers.

The last time we had a streaming app to cover NPFL games was in the 2020/21 season as Akwa United were crowned champions, Propel Sports Africa, reported.
