English Premier League defending champion, Manchester City, has won an incredible fourth English football title on Sunday . The invincible “Cityzens”, comfortably hammered West Ham United 3-1, to dump achrivals Arsenal on the closing day of a the very emotional but fascinating 2023/24 Premier League season. At the end of the match, Man City fans jumped into the pitch with their sky blue jersey to blissfully celebrate the unusual EPL feat.

Man City, came into the game with a mission to win. As such, EPL player of season award winning Phil Foden, struck two masterpiece early goals both half’s to set the entire Etihad Stadium on a wide jubilation mood, as fans commenced celebration without reservation. However, West Ham fought back with a wonderful goal from top in-form Ghanaian international, Mohammed Kudus. The dazzling footballer dazed the crowd with his spectacular bicycle-kick goal. The goal revived the hope of visiting team into the game before the first half ended in favour of Man City.

When the second half kicked off, City’s midfield guru, Rodri slot in the third goal to seal victory for his team in the 59th minute of play. The goal came from his usual shot outside the eighteen yard box. The goal erupted the fans into massive victory dances from their seats, to all available space outside the stadium shouting, “Champions again!” and “Are you watching Arsenal?”

It was one of the closest title contest in Premier League history, Arsenal could have overthrown Man City if their prayers for City to dropped points had come to pass. Unfortunately, Arsenal’s 2-1, over Everton was not good enough to snatch the title from Man City. Arsenal’s victory could only earned them two points behind the deserved champion.

Magnificent Foden who has been fanatic this season got much more better when he released his hot shot into the top corner in the 18th minutes of the second half.
