The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is pleased to announce the appointment of the President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir, FCIPM, to the prestigious Board of the African Human Resources Confederation (AHRC).
