The Enugu magistrate court has ordered a lady, Chinasa Nwibeh to pay 150k for collecting 3k transport fare from her boyfriend and refused to visit him as promised.

The young lady was arrested by the Nigerian police Enugu state after a complain by the boyfriend.

Enugu magistrate court ordered her to pay her boyfriend, Emeka Nwankwo the sum of N150,000 as a breached of trust.

It was gathered that the young lady switched off her phone after receiving the sum of N3000 from her boyfriend which made her boyfriend not be able to reach her.

The boyfriend who wasn’t happy with the development went to near by police station and reported the case, and she was arrested.

The court found Chinasa guilty of the offense and ruled that she should pay N100,000 as an interest and additional N50,000 for emotional damages.Daily Observer.
