In a triumph of justice, a Federal High Court in Lagos has dismissed all 54 counts of money laundering against former Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, Adeyemi Ikuforiji.
The court’s verdict exonerated Ikuforiji and his former Personal Assistant, Oyebode Atoyebi, of alleged involvement in laundering N338.8 million.
This decision brings closure to a prolonged legal battle, reaffirming the principle of innocence until proven guilty.
