A Nigerian entrepreneur who launched a jollof rice’mama put’ in London told his story.
Azeez stated that he sells sweet Nigerian jollof rice on London’s streets.
According to him, he is patronized by a large number of Oyinbo people due to the deliciousness of his meal.
Some Oyinbo people were visible in a photo published on Twitter by @IamOlajideAwe as they queued to purchase meals from the restaurant.
Azeez told Legit.ng reporter in a brief interview that he established the eatery with one other person but now manages it alone.
Azeez said: “I’m from Lagos, Surulere. We live in London so we decided to bring food to the city. We were two when we started but now, I’m running myself.”
When @IamOlajideAwe shared the tweet, it generated interest from Nigerians who commended the hustling spirit of the man.
