The Foundry slated to run from July 21 to July 25, 2025, is entirely free and designed to serve students, corps members, and early-career professionals seeking to build reliable income streams and launch careers in Nigeria’s thriving real estate sector without the need for starting capital.
According to Emeya Friday, CEO of Geofort Homes and Properties Ltd, the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to nation-building and youth empowerment, with a focus on reshaping the future of real estate ownership for young Nigerians through capacity-building programmes, market access, mentorship, and equipping them with relevant digital and entrepreneurial skills in the real estate sector.
