Former Chief Photographer of The Guardian Newspaper, Olola Oseni Yusuff
It was a rude shock when PJAN Chairman,Otunba Kola Olasupo announced the demised of our Leader, our Boss and Teacher,Former Chief Photographer of The Guardian Newspaper, Olola Oseni Yusuff this morning on the Association platform.
According to the PJAN Chairman,Baba Oseni died after brief illness at the age of 75 years.
Elder Oseni Yusuff was a pioneer staff of the Comet Newspaper,and his colleagues, younger ones fondly called him ” Olola, meaning the Wealthy man.
To the younger ones, he was seen as a great leader, teacher,and a professor of photography.
He was a very committed member of PJAN. Honest, hard working and friendly man to be with.

Chairman, Photojournalists Association of Nigeria (PJAN), Otunba Kola Olasupo : SAD! SAD!! And VERY SAD!!! Sad, but it’s a price we must all pay for. We all came from Him ‘God’ and in His place we shall all returns!! I announced to you all the demise of our Leader, Our BOSS and may I say our Teacher. Former Chief Photographer of The Guardian Newspaper, Olola Oseni Yusuff, he gave up the ghost at the ripe age of 75 years yesterday evening. Burial arrangements will be made available to us by the family. May his gentle soul rest in eternal rest.
