A warehouse owned by Flux logistics company, used for storing Jameson Alcoholic drinks was engulfed by fire at flux Logistics Company Oba Akran, Ikeja, in Lagos on Sunday 2nd April 2023.
The cause of the inferno is yet to be known as at press time,the fire which burnt down goods worth million of naira at the scene of the incident.

PS LASEMA,in a statement signed this afternoon explained the situation reports of the fire incident.
PS LASEMA, said that “Upon arrival at the scene it was discovered that a warehouse owned by Flux logistics company, used for storing Jameson Alcoholic drinks was ablaze.
“The cause of the inferno could not be immediately ascertained but the combined effort to put out the inferno by LRU and Lagos state fire and rescue service has been successful.
“The fire has been curtailed from spreading to adjoining factories under the supervision of the PS Lasema at the scene.
According to him,no injury was recorded at the scene of incident but properties worth millions was damaged by the fire .
Dampening down exercise on goingand post disaster assessment to be carried out,he added.
