Nigerian-born Arsenal football club’s fantastic forward, Bukayo Saka has again bagged the prestigious England Player of the Year Award, for the second consecutive time.
This deserved award came as an esteemed reward for Saka’s passionate industry, consistent and impactful performances for the National team of England known as the ‘Three Lions and his flourishing club, Arsenal.
According to sports media platforms including Football Updates, Saka merits the award for his standout performance for England since his remarkable for the the English national team just before Euro 2020, where he played an outstanding role.
His mercurial contributions was better expressed in the last World Cup for England with excitement impact.
Despite, the star-studded English team with such amazing world-class talents in the team such as captain Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham, among others, Saka’s single contributions to the squad clearly stands out. This no doubt earns him his pacesetting back-to-back Player of the Year awards. It also goes a long way to reflect on his significant impact on the team.
The Sun reported that the award was presented to Saka by Tottenham’s new signee playmaker James Maddison during England’s camp for the international break.
