Dr. Musa Dutse Gimba Expresses Gratitude For The Safe Return Of His Three Children | The Legend News 

In a heartfelt statement released today, Dr. Musa Dutse Gimba expressed immense gratitude for the safe return of his three surviving boys, who were reunited with their family on July 9, 2024. 

According to the statement, The family had endured a harrowing ordeal that commenced with their abduction on the 23rd of June, 2024, the first of our children was killed by the kidnappers, before the mother was released to secure a ransom of N150 million.

Dr. Gimba extended his deepest appreciation to the security forces for their exceptional professionalism and bravery in successfully conducting the rescue operation. He specifically acknowledged the Office of the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, and the Kaduna State Government for their unwavering efforts and involvement in bringing about the safe return of his children.

Furthermore, Dr. Gimba expressed his gratitude to professional bodies, NGOs, religious organizations, and the press for their support and assistance during this difficult time. He also acknowledged the outpouring of love and support from family, friends, and well-wishers, both locally and internationally.
