The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), the apex and only recognized regulatory body for the practice of human resources management in Nigeria, is proud to announce the upcoming 40th Omolayole Management Lecture Series (OML), themed: “Developing a Game-Changing Leader’s Mindset for Business Transformation in a VUCA World.”
This annual event serves as a platform for business executives to analyze and exchange insights on critical issues in the business and economic landscape, aimed at optimizing management practices both locally and globally.
Mallam Ladan Gobir, President and Chairman of the Governing Council of CIPM, expressed his enthusiasm: “I am delighted to represent CIPM, the apex regulatory body for human resource management in Nigeria, as we host this prestigious event.”
The Omolayole Management Lecture Series is traditionally rotated among partners, and CIPM is honored to take the lead for this landmark edition. As Gobir noted, “If leadership were an Olympic sport, Dr. Omolayole would surely have multiple gold medals.
