The uncompleted 7 storey building undergoing construction collapsed at Oba Idowu Oniru street beside Avi Maria hospital,Lekki in Lagos state.
It was reported that six people are still trapped under the debris of the uncompleted collapsed building.
This was contained in a statement e-signed and issued to the LEGENDNEWS by PS, LASEMA, Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke – Osanyintolu, stated that “Upon arrival at the scene of the incident, an uncompleted 7 storey building undergoing construction was found to have collapsed. Six people are reported to be trapped under the rubbles of the collapsed structure.
As at press time, situation report revealed that another three bodies have been recovered from the debris bringing the fatalities to Five.
The Agency alongside other first responders has been working tirelessly for over 24 hours at the above 7-storey building which collapsed yesterday.
