The Akwa Ibom State Referees Council yesterday joins in celebration of the 2023 birthday of it’s State Training Officer, Mfon Akpan (FIFA). The FIFA bagged female referee in Nigeria.
Press release by the council, signed by Elder Joseph Bassey, stated, “As the Council’s flagbearer in the FIFA Referees list, we are proud to identify with your outstanding performances at national and international engagements.
