Popular Ladipo plank market again engulfed by inferno early morning of today around 12:30am in the main market at Amukoko,Lagos State.
Reports has it that properties worth millions of Naira has also been destroyed as a result of the fire outbreak,The Legend News can report.
In a statement issued by Permanent secretary,LASEMA,Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu.
The agency responded to distress calls and arrived at the above incident scene of the incident to discover that the plank market was being gutted by fire.
Fortunately, there is no loss of life.However, goods and property yet to be enumerated have been destroyed due to the inferno.
The cause of the fire could not be ascertained, but the fire started around 12:30am in the main market.
The Agency Lagos State fire service and Federal fire service are combating the inferno and the agency’s fire service has been dispatched.
